Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Retail Supervisor to join our dynamic team at ALDI. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing day-to-day store operations, developing action plans for improvement, overseeing team performance, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans to enhance store performance.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.
• Identify training opportunities to improve team performance.
• Maintain store cleanliness and proper merchandising standards.
• Supervise and support store personnel in achieving operational goals.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Prior retail experience, with management experience preferred.
• Ability to operate retail equipment and provide excellent customer service.
