As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the store, supervising day-to-day activities, managing schedules, and fostering a positive work environment. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement action plans to enhance store performance.
  • Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.
  • Identify training opportunities to improve team performance.
  • Monitor the competitive environment and provide feedback to enhance store operations.
  • Ensure inventory procedures and cash control policies are followed.
  • Merchandise products effectively to maximize sales.
  • Supervise day-to-day operations, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Prior retail management experience preferred.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of retail experience.
  • Combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
