We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Retail Supervisor to join the ALDI team. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the store, supervising day-to-day activities, managing schedules, and fostering a positive work environment. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement action plans to enhance store performance.
- Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.
- Identify training opportunities to improve team performance.
- Monitor the competitive environment and provide feedback to enhance store operations.
- Ensure inventory procedures and cash control policies are followed.
- Merchandise products effectively to maximize sales.
- Supervise day-to-day operations, escalating issues when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior retail management experience preferred.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of retail experience.
- Combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
