Job Description
We are looking for an Assistant Retail Supervisor to join our team at ALDI. As the Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in store management, overseeing day-to-day activities, ensuring overall store performance, managing schedules, and developing operational plans. You will also identify training opportunities to cultivate team growth.
Position Details

- Average Hours: 38 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $25.50 per hour
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing action plans for operational improvements
- Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members
- Identify training opportunities for team enhancement
- Understand and communicate company strategy and values to foster teamwork
- Monitor the competitive environment and suggest adjustments
- Provide product feedback and participate in interviewing processes
- Ensure compliance with inventory procedures and cash control policies
Requirements
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience in retail management preferred
