Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing action plans to enhance store performance.
• Train, mentor, and develop team members to achieve optimal results.
• Maintain inventory levels, order products, and ensure product quality and freshness.
• Maximize sales through strategic product placement and merchandising.
• Supervise daily operations, address customer concerns, and escalate issues as needed.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of progressive retail experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
