Job Description

We are looking for a proactive Assistant Retail Supervisor to join Aldi, a leading retail company. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in managing day-to-day store activities, overseeing store performance, and developing operational plans. Your responsibilities will include supervising team operations, training employees, maintaining inventory, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing action plans for improved results.
• Communicate job responsibilities and expectations to team members.
• Identify training opportunities to enhance team performance.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization, ensuring product quality.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Experience in retail management preferred.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of retail experience.
• Prior management experience is advantageous.
