Jazz Pharmaceuticals plc is a global biopharmaceutical company dedicated to developing life-changing medicines for people with serious diseases. We are seeking an Associate Director, Analytics & Insights, to lead in applying advanced analytics methodologies for generating novel insights and actions within our Analytics & Insights team. The role involves leveraging machine learning and other techniques to uncover opportunities and understand performance, leading digital and promotional response analytics, and collaborating across various departments to provide strategic insights and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Shape and communicate insights-driven recommendations
• Apply advanced analytics methodologies for generating insights
• Implement analytical solutions for business opportunities and risk assessment
• Contribute to strategic insights sharing across the franchise
• Analyze key brand metrics and provide insights to senior management
• Represent the voice of the customer to the organization

Requirements

• BA or BS with a concentration in Life Sciences, Business, or Mathematics; MBA preferred
• 6+ years of experience in strategic analysis, planning, and analytics
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable recommendations
• Deep experience with pharmaceutical data sources
• Ability to influence senior management and key business partners
