Job Description

We are looking for an Associate Director, Analytics & Insights to join our team at Jazz Pharmaceuticals, a global biopharmaceutical company dedicated to developing life-changing medicines. As the Associate Director, you will play a central role within the Analytics & Insights team, leading cutting-edge advanced analytics methodologies to generate novel insights and actions. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners to provide strategic analysis and drive impactful projects to support business decisions and plans. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, contributing to brand performance analytics and market insights.

Responsibilities

  • Lead in applying advanced analytics methodologies to uncover opportunities and truly understand performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leadership partners to provide strategic insights and analysis.
  • Shape and communicate insights-driven, analytics-based recommendations to support business decisions.
  • Contribute to brand executive review meetings and investor calls.

Requirements

  • BA or BS with a concentration in Life Sciences, Business, or Mathematics; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
  • 6+ years of progressive experience in strategic analysis, planning, and analytics.
  • Excellent analytical skills with in-depth knowledge of common analytical tools.
  • Experience with pharmaceutical data sources and the ability to influence senior management.

  • Constantly operating a computer, printer, telephone, and other similar office machinery.

Work Environment

Benefits

  • Competitive salary within the range of $152,000-$228,000.
