Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $152,000 - $228,000 per year
Brief Description: The Associate Director, Clinical Data Innovation oversees data and analytics platforms for Jazz Global Clinical Development Operations. Responsibilities include leading a team managing platforms, developing strategic roadmap, optimizing platform usage, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring data integrity.
Responsibilities
- Develop and lead strategic roadmap for clinical data platform(s).
- Optimize platform usage, implement change management strategies.
- Provide leadership, mentoring, and hiring for the Clinical Data Innovation team.
- Build and maintain cross-functional relationships to drive business goals.
- Interface with clinical data platform technology vendors.
- Stay updated on technology as applied to clinical trials.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Thorough knowledge of clinical trial study design and drug development.
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with data visualization tools and CDASH standards.
- Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of regulatory and industry standards.
- Bachelor or Master's Degree in Biology, Mathematics, Computer Science or related fields.
