Job Description
Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking an Associate Director, Clinical Data Innovation to oversee data and analytics platforms for the Global Clinical Development Operations (GCDO) department. This role involves leading a team to manage, configure, and program SaaS solutions and enterprise business intelligence applications. The Associate Director will be responsible for strategic roadmap development, cross-functional collaboration, vendor relationships, and technology innovation to support clinical trials within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Develop and lead strategic objectives for clinical data platforms.
- Optimize Jazz's usage of data platforms through cross-functional partnerships.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the Clinical Data Innovation team.
- Establish strong cross-functional relationships at a senior leadership level.
- Interface with technology vendors for platform enhancements and maintenance.
- Stay up-to-date with technology advancements in clinical trials.
- Manage multiple projects and ensure deliverables meet requirements and regulations.
Requirements
- Extensive knowledge of clinical trial processes and data visualization tools.
- Experience with CDASH standards and clinical data collection systems.
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with regulatory and industry standards like ICH E6 and SDLC.
- Bachelor or Master's Degree in relevant fields.
- Minimum 10 years in clinical trial roles with leadership experience.
