Associate Director, Medical Science Liaison (Remote)

Job Description

Join Jazz Pharmaceuticals as an Associate Director, Medical Science Liaison for the Hematology-Oncology team. This strategic leadership position will involve collaborating with Medical Affairs and Commercial leaders to manage and inspire a team of MSLs in delivering field-based medical support aligned with research and business objectives. The role includes guiding MSLs in cultivating thought leaders, fostering high performance, ensuring territory engagement plans, and maintaining scientific acumen and credibility. The Associate Director will work closely with the Medical Leadership Team, promote collaboration, and ensure compliance with regulations in all activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the MSL team.
• Ensure MSL scientific credibility and acumen.
• Establish relationships across Jazz's Commercial and R&D organizations.
• Manage team administrative responsibilities.
• Promote Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging principles.

Qualifications

• MD, PharmD, PhD degree or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of industry experience.
• Experience in presenting clinical data required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Up to 60% travel required.
