Associate or Experienced Aircraft Painter (Level B or C) (Variable Shift)

Job Description

Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) seeks an Associate or Experienced Aircraft Painter to join the 787 Program in North Charleston, SC on a Variable Shift. As an Aircraft Painter, you will be responsible for preparing exterior surfaces of aircraft for painting, applying primers, paints, and finishes, and ensuring aircraft sections have the required finishes and markings.

Responsibilities

• Prepare aircraft surfaces for painting.
• Apply primers, paints, and finishes.
• Add aircraft finishes and external markings.

Basic Qualifications

• Must be willing to work any assigned shift, including overtime.
• 1+ years of painting experience in aircraft, automotive, or industrial fields.
• Must wear safety equipment and fall protection gear.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of related work experience or equivalent education.
• Experience with aircraft painting.

Education/Experience

Associate (Level B): High School diploma/GED with 1+ year of related experience or equivalent education.
Experienced (Level C): High School diploma/GED with 4+ years of related experience or equivalent education.

Salary

Associate (Level B): $54,260 - $58,230
Experienced (Level C): $65,660 - $67,020
