Job Description

Hubbard Pipe & Supply Inc is looking for a motivated Branch Manager to join our team. As a family-owned company focused on customer and employee care, we are seeking a candidate with experience in managing branch sales and operations, preferably in plumbing sales.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the branch operation to increase sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate and monitor all branch activities including sales, warehouse, logistics, and personnel development.

Job Duties

• Advising and upselling customers on complementary products.
• Building and maintaining customer relationships.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
• Leading and contributing to team success.
• Demonstrating technical knowledge and professional skills.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year in a similar position (3 years preferred).
• Minimum 3 years in a progressive position (5 years preferred).
• Product/applications and wholesale distribution experience preferred.
• Supervisory experience and competency in all branch operations essential.
