Job Description

Join the team at Lariat Lodge Brewing as a Brewer in Evergreen and Littleton, Colorado. We are looking for a flexible and motivated individual to contribute to all aspects of our production process. Working on our 5 BBL and 20 BBL systems, you will be involved from conceptualizing brews to serving them to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Operate brewing equipment and oversee the production process.
• Maintain quality and consistency in our beer offerings.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and industry standards.
• Participate in special events and interact with customers, representing our brand.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in commercial brewing or related field.
• Ability to handle physical demands of the brewing industry.
• Efficient time management and strong work ethic.
• Customer service skills for engaging with customers.
• Knowledge of brewing processes and equipment maintenance.
• Experience with canning and draft line maintenance.
• Attention to detail and reliability.
