Job Description
DISH, an EchoStar Company, is seeking dedicated Cable Field Technicians to join our team and bring TV and Smart Home solutions to millions of customers. As a Field Technician, you will represent DISH in customers' homes, providing exceptional service and consultations on smart home possibilities. Responsibilities
- Deliver TV and Smart Home solutions to customers.
- Represent DISH in customers' homes with professionalism and expertise.
- Consult customers on smart home possibilities during installations.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Ability to build rapport quickly and provide exceptional customer service.
- Comfort working at heights, lifting over 70 lbs, and in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
