Job Description
DISH, an EchoStar Company, is seeking a Cable Field Technician to join its team. As a Field Technician, you will represent DISH in customers' homes, providing TV and Smart Home solutions, and educating customers on their smart home options. Responsibilities
- Deliver TV and Smart Home solutions to customers' homes.
- Educate customers on smart home possibilities.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Ability to build rapport quickly and provide excellent customer service.
- Aptitude to work at heights and in varying weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
- Capability to lift over 70 lbs.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
