Job Description

DISH, an EchoStar Company, is looking for Cable Technicians to deliver TV and Smart Home solutions to customers. You will represent DISH in customers' homes daily, providing excellent customer service and educating homeowners on smart home possibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Install and troubleshoot TV and Smart Home equipment.
  • Educate customers on products and services.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve technical issues.

Requirements

  • Ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Aptitude to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
  • Capable of lifting over 70 lbs.
  • Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
