Job Description
DISH is seeking Cable Technicians to deliver TV and Smart Home solutions to our customers. As a Cable Technician, you will represent DISH in customers' homes, providing world-class customer experiences and consulting homeowners on their smart home possibilities.
Responsibilities
- Deliver TV and Smart Home solutions to customers.
- Consult homeowners on smart home possibilities during installations.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through exceptional service delivery.
- Adhere to safety standards and company guidelines at all times.
Requirements
- Ability to build rapport quickly and provide excellent service.
- Capability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
- Physical ability to lift over 70 lbs.
- Valid driver's license and a safe driving record.
