Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assist individuals with daily activities
• Develop meaningful relationships and support participants in their developmental goals
• Help individuals be part of the community and enjoy activities
• Assist with personal hygiene and support those with behavioral challenges

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
• Strong communication, teamwork, and time-management skills
• Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance required
