Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team at Charter Senior Living of Gallatin. As a Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing resident care and support in a professional and respectful manner. This position offers competitive hourly wages, with part-time shifts available.

Responsibilities

• Maintain resident care and well-being according to company's standards.
• Assist residents with daily activities such as medication reminders, grooming, and social interaction.
• Document daily care activities accurately.
• Ensure the safety and comfort of residents while upholding their dignity and independence.
• Participate in training sessions and staff meetings as required.
• Handle emergency situations with composure and professionalism.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• CPR/First Aid Certification may be required.
• Experience with elderly population preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude.
