Caregiver

Job Description

We are looking for compassionate individuals to join our team as Caregivers at Sevita, a part of REM Community Services. As a Caregiver, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Your responsibilities will include assisting with personal hygiene, supporting individuals with behavioral challenges, and helping them achieve their developmental goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide meaningful support to help individuals grow, learn, and live well.
• Build genuine relationships with the people you serve.
• Encourage community integration and participation in activities.
• Assist with personal care and behavior management.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable mindset.
• Valid Driver's License and access to a registered vehicle.
