Responsibilities
- Hygiene Care: Assist with bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing and undressing, and toileting activities.
- Nutrition: Prepare meals based on the client's dietary requirements, administer meals according to their prescribed diet.
- Health Monitoring: Take and record vital signs, measure height and weight as necessary.
- Mobility and Exercise: Assist with range of motion exercises, walking assistance, and transportation.
- Documentation: Document any observed changes in the client's condition, and report any significant changes or concerns to the Director of Nursing or relevant supervisor.
Requirements
- High school diploma.
- Previous caregiver experience preferred but not required.
- Valid Driver's License, Auto Insurance, BLS CPR card, and an up-to-date TB test.
- Must be able to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push, and pull. Must be able to lift or transfer up to 50 pounds.
