Job Description

Responsibilities
- Hygiene Care: Assist with bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, undressing, and toileting activities.
- Nutrition: Prepare and administer meals according to the client's dietary requirements.
- Health Monitoring: Take and record vital signs, height, weight, and assist with range of motion exercises.
- Mobility and Exercise: Help with walking, outdoor activities, and transportation to medical appointments.
- Transportation: Assist with transportation to medical appointments and accompany clients for outdoor activities and shopping trips.
- Documentation: Document any observed changes in the client's condition and report any significant changes or concerns to the Director of Nursing or relevant supervisor.
Requirements
- High school diploma.
- Previous caregiver experience preferred but not required.
- Valid Driver's License, Auto Insurance, BLS CPR card, and an up-to-date TB test.
- Must be able to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push, and pull.
- Must be able to lift or transfer up to 50 pounds.
