Responsibilities

• Maintain Charter Senior Living Mission and Core Values.
• Assist with medication reminders, bathing, grooming, dressing, and other daily activities.
• Provide emotional and social support to residents.
• Document daily assistance provided and report any concerns to the supervisor.
• Ensure residents' independence, dignity, and confidentiality.
• Attend required training and meetings.
• Maintain a safe working environment and positive demeanor.
• Adhere to all Charter Senior Living policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Familiarity and willingness to work with the elderly population.
• Clear communication skills and ability to handle sensitive information with empathy.
• Ability to work as part of a team and handle multiple tasks effectively.
• High tolerance for working under pressure and handling critical situations calmly.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR/First Aid Certification may be required.
• Experience with the elderly and memory-impaired adults preferred.
