As a Caregiver, you will provide quality care by promoting a safe environment, adhering to the plan of care, and ensuring we respect and adhere to our client’s rights.

Responsibilities

• Hygiene Care: Assist the client with bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, undressing, and toileting activities.
• Nutrition: Prepare meals based on the client's dietary requirements and administer meals.
• Health Monitoring: Take and record vital signs, measure height and weight as necessary.
• Mobility and Exercise: Assist with range of motion exercises, walking assistance, and transportation.
• Documentation: Document any observed changes in the client's condition and report any significant changes or concerns to the Director of Nursing or relevant supervisor.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• Previous caregiver experience preferred but not required.
• Valid Driver's License, Auto Insurance, BLS CPR card, and an up-to-date TB test.
• Must be able to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push, and pull.
• Must be able to lift or transfer up to 50 pounds.
