Job Description

Join our team at ALDI as a Part-Time Cashier/Stocker and be part of enhancing the customer shopping experience in a collaborative team environment. As a Cashier, you will process customer purchases, maintain clean store areas, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure cash management compliance. As a Stocker, you will stock shelves, create attractive product displays, manage inventory, and operate machinery following safety protocols. This role requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team, communicate effectively, and uphold company standards.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members and communicate relevant information to leaders.
• Uphold security and confidentiality protocols.
• Cashier: Process purchases, clean, stock, provide customer assistance, manage inventory, and adhere to cash policies.
• Stocker: Stock shelves, rotate products, create displays, manage inventory, operate machinery, and ensure safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Perform general cleaning duties and follow company policies.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Cashier: Operate a cash register efficiently.
• Stocker: Operate equipment safely.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail experience and product knowledge beneficial.
