Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team at Aldi as Cashiers and Stockers. As a Cashier, you will assist customers with their purchases, maintain a clean store environment, and provide exceptional service. Stockers are responsible for ensuring shelves are stocked, rotating products, and following merchandising guidelines. Both roles involve collaborative teamwork and upholding company standards.
Position Details
- Job Type: Part-Time
- Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour
Responsibilities
Cashier Responsibilities:
- Process customer purchases and provide excellent customer service.
- Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and maintain cleanliness.
- Report product feedback, inventory discrepancies, and adhere to cash handling policies.
Stocker Responsibilities:
- Stock shelves, rotate products, and create appealing displays.
- Handle new inventory, operate machinery, and ensure safety procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older with excellent communication skills.
- Prior retail experience and high school diploma preferred.
- Ability to work independently or in a team, interpret company policies, and manage time effectively.
