Cashier/Stocker (Part Time)

Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team at ALDI as Cashiers/Stockers on a part-time basis. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for processing customer purchases, providing exceptional customer service, maintaining cleanliness, and upholding cash policies. As a Stocker, you will ensure shelves are properly stocked, merchandise displays are attractive, and inventory is organized. Both roles require excellent communication skills, the ability to work in a team, and a dedication to creating a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

Cashier Responsibilities:

• Process customer purchases and provide excellent customer service.
• Ensure store cleanliness and adhere to cash policies.
• Participate in store inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.

Stocker Responsibilities:

• Stock shelves and rotate products to maintain freshness.
• Follow merchandising guidelines for attractive displays.
• Operate machinery safely and follow all safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and interpret company policies.
• Effective communication and time management skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Prior work experience in retail is a plus.
