CDL A Tanker Driver

Job Description

Wright Media is seeking a qualified CDL A Tanker Driver to join our team. As a tanker driver, you will play a crucial role in safely transporting liquid cargo to various destinations, ensuring compliance with all regulations and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Transport liquid cargo safely and efficiently to designated locations.
• Adhere to all regulatory requirements and safety protocols for transporting hazardous materials.
• Maintain accurate records of cargo, mileage, and hours of service.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the safe and proper functioning of equipment.

Requirements

• Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with tanker endorsement in the state of residence.
• Hazmat endorsement may be required in some locations.
• Minimum of six (6) months verifiable experience driving a minimum of five (5) axle diesel-powered tractor-trailer combination unit.
• Stable work history with a minimum age of 21.
• No DWI or DUI convictions in the previous seven (7) years and no more than three (3) traffic citations within the last two years.
