Center - Based Behavior Technician

Job Description

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Center-Based Behavior Technicians at Centria Autism. In this role, you will work directly with children with autism, implementing personalized behavior intervention plans and using evidence-based techniques to promote their development. Under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will focus on teaching communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors. Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Utilize evidence-based techniques to teach skills and reduce interfering behaviors.
• Work collaboratively with a BCBA to provide comprehensive support to children.
• Ensure the well-being and progress of each child through attentive and professional interaction.

Requirements

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work effectively in a team setting.
• 18+ years of age with a high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid Certification, and pass a background check.
• Physically able to perform various movements and lift up to 50 pounds.
