Center - Based Behavior Technician - Entry Level

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Center-Based Behavior Technicians at Centria Autism. As a Behavior Technician, you will play a crucial role in making a real difference in the lives of children with autism. Working one-on-one with children, you will implement customized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.

You will utilize evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while minimizing interfering behaviors. We seek candidates who are passionate, patient, and compassionate about helping children with autism achieve their full potential in a team-oriented environment. Comprehensive training will be provided to equip and empower you to support each child effectively.

Pay Range: $16 - $18 per hour

Requirements

• Passionate about helping children with autism
• Patient, compassionate, and skilled in teamwork
• 18+ years of age with a high school diploma or GED
• Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid Certification, and Tuberculosis test
• Ability to pass a background check
• Physical ability to move in different positions and lift up to 50 pounds
