As the Personal Training Lead (PTL), you will play a key role in advancing the personal training business, exceeding fitness financial targets, and creating an exceptional experience for our members. Responsibilities

• Build and develop a high-performing team in accordance with VASA's core values.
• Increase acquisition of new personal training clients and improve retention of existing clients.
• Facilitate personalized training sessions and adjust programming to meet each client's needs.
• Create a welcoming environment for members, clients, and guests in the Personal Training Cage.
• Ensure personal training clients receive exceptional value and maintain a supportive community for trainers and clients.
• Attract new clients through personal relationships with VASA members.
• Coach personal trainers on consultations and appropriate training packages.
• Contribute to achieving monthly sales targets for attracting new clients.
• Work with the team to achieve monthly sales goals.
