Responsibilities
- Build and develop a high-performing team.
- Increase acquisition of new and improve retention of existing personal training clients.
- Facilitate personalized training programs.
- Create a welcoming and inclusive training environment.
- Retain personal training clients by providing exceptional value.
- Support and encourage the growth of personal trainers.
- Attract new clients through relationship-building.
- Coach personal trainers on consultation and package recommendations.
- Work with the team to achieve monthly sales targets.
