At VASA Fitness, we are looking for a Certified Fitness Lead to advance our personal training business and exceed financial targets. As a Certified Fitness Lead, you will be responsible for building and developing a high-performing team that empowers members to achieve their fitness goals while delivering a world-class experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop a high-performing team in alignment with VASA's core values.
• Increase acquisition of new personal training clients and improve retention rates.
• Facilitate personalized programming to meet individual client needs.
• Create a welcoming environment within the Personal Training Cage for clients and members.
• Ensure clients receive exceptional value and support from personal trainers.
• Promote a connected community among personal trainers and clients.
• Engage with VASA members to attract new personal training clients.
• Coach personal trainers on consultation processes and package recommendations.
• Work towards achieving monthly sales targets for attracting new clients.
