Compensation: Base Rate: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour, Total Compensation Range: $50,180 - $68,800 annually

Responsibilities
- Build and develop a high performing personal training team
- Increase acquisition of new personal training clients and improve retention
- Create a supportive and connected community for personal trainers and clients
- Coach personal trainers on consultations and sales techniques
- Achieve monthly sales targets
Requirements
- Prior experience in personal training or fitness leadership
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and mentor a team
- Sales and customer service experience preferred
