Position: Certified Personal Training Lead

Compensation: Base Rate: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour, Monthly Bonus, Milestone Bonus, Total Compensation Range: $50,180 - $68,800 annually

Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing personal training team to exceed fitness financial targets.
- Attract, hire, and coach personal trainers while driving accountability and adherence to core values.
- Increase acquisition and retention of personal training clients by offering tailored programs and exceptional service.
- Foster a supportive and connected community within the Personal Training Cage for a memorable client experience.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve monthly sales targets and provide the best value in personal training.
Requirements
- Previous experience in personal training or fitness management.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a focus on team development and client satisfaction.
- Strong sales and customer service abilities with a passion for health and wellness.
- Certification in personal training or related field preferred.
