Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Certified Personal Training Lead to join our team at VASA Fitness. As the Personal Training Lead, you will play a crucial role in advancing our personal training business and exceeding fitness financial targets at our club. Your primary focus will be on building and developing a high-performing team that helps our members achieve their fitness goals while delivering a top-notch experience.
Responsibilities
- Build and develop a high-performing team that aligns with company values and drives accountability.
- Increase acquisition of new and improve retention of existing personal training clients.
- Facilitate and adjust programming to meet each client's specific needs, following the company's concepts throughout the client journey.
- Interact with members, clients, and guests in a friendly, energetic, and inclusive manner in the Personal Training Cage.
- Retain personal training clients by delivering exceptional value, maintaining clean training spaces, and supporting the team's continuous growth.
- Attract new clients by building personal relationships with VASA members.
- Coach personal trainers on consultation techniques and recommend suitable training packages based on client goals.
- Work with the team to achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to attracting new clients.
- Contribute to achieving monthly sales goals by guiding the team and supporting target achievement.
Requirements
- Previous experience in personal training or related field.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to build and motivate a team.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Passion for fitness, wellness, and helping others reach their goals.
