Child Care Team Lead

Job Description

The Child Care Team Lead (CCTL) at VASA Fitness is responsible for leading and developing a high-performing team to ensure the well-being of the children of VASA members and guests during their visits. The CCTL will create a welcoming environment, deliver fun and entertaining programs, and maintain a clean and safe KidCare center.

Operational Responsibilities

• Support staffing and training of Child Care Attendants (CCA).
• Uphold KidCare standards and ensure a welcoming environment for members and mini-members.
• Ensure the implementation of fun and entertaining programming for mini-members.
• Manage operating costs, safety, cleanliness, and equipment maintenance.

Leadership Responsibilities

• Build and develop a high-performing team that aligns with VASA values.
• Coach and support ongoing team member development.
