Job Description

The Child Care Team Lead (CCTL) at VASA Fitness is responsible for building and developing a high-performing team that cares for and safeguards the well-being of the children of our members and guests during their visits to VASA. This role requires creating a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring the safety of young members, and delivering fun and entertaining programs at KidCare. Additionally, the CCTL will oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of the KidCare facility.

Responsibilities

• Support staffing and training for Child Care Attendants (CCAs).
• Uphold KidCare standards and ensure the safety of mini-members.
• Manage operating costs and ensure fun and entertaining programming for mini-members.
• Create a culture within the team that adheres to core values and drives accountability.
• Coach and support ongoing team member development.
