Job Description

The Child Care Team Lead (CCTL) at VASA Fitness holds the responsibility of building and developing a high-performing team dedicated to the care and well-being of the children of members and guests. This role involves ensuring a welcoming environment at KidCare, guaranteeing the safety of mini-members, and delivering entertaining and educational programs. Additionally, the CCTL is accountable for maintaining the cleanliness and overall upkeep of KidCare.

Responsibilities

• Support staffing and training for Child Care Attendants (CCA), ensuring the right candidates are hired and facilitating training for new CCAs.
• Uphold KidCare standards, drive policy execution, manage operating costs, and oversee fun, entertaining programming for mini-members.
• Ensure flawless playbook execution, control operating costs, and monitor the safety and cleanliness of KidCare.
• Build and develop a high-performing team, establish a culture aligned with VASA's core values, and support ongoing team member development.
