Position Overview
We are looking for a Full Time RN to provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community. The successful candidate will need to be IV proficient or willing to undergo training.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and treatments to geriatric patients.
- Develop and implement patient-centered care plans.
- Prepare discharge plans for patients.
Requirements
- BSN required; ADN candidates must commit to obtaining a BSN within three years of employment.
- Current DE RN license or compact state license.
- Minimum of 2 years of HomeHealth RN experience in the last 12 months.
- Previous experience in Home Healthcare and Med-Surgical settings preferred.
Job Details
- Job Types: Permanent, Part-time, Full-time
- Pay: $32.00 - $44.00 per hour
- Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
- Work Location: In person
