ChristianaCare HomeHealth is currently hosting an In-Person Nursing Hiring Event. We are on the lookout for experienced HomeHealth Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team. Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and prescribed treatments to geriatric patients in the community.
- Implement patient-centered care plans aligned with available resources.
- Participate in developing discharge plans for patients.
Requirements
- High School Diploma (HSD) or GED required.
- Current DE LPN license or compact state license.

Pay
$22.00 - $28.00 per hour
