We are seeking talented Shift Leaders to join our growing team at Cicis Pizza. As a Shift Leader, you will oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring compliance with company standards and delivering exceptional products and services to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate exemplary operational skills to produce high-quality products and meet customer orders.
• Respond promptly to guest concerns, gather feedback, and drive operational improvements.
• Supervise the team, maintain staffing levels, train team members, and ensure a guest-focused atmosphere.
• Contribute to sales and profit goals through effective guest service, sales execution, and inventory management.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in English; bilingual skills are a plus in certain markets.
