Cicis Pizza, with over 270 locations across 22 states and still expanding, is seeking talented Shift Leaders to oversee restaurant operations. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring adherence to company standards in all areas, from product preparation to customer service, to deliver top-quality products and services to each customer.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate exceptional operational skills in product quality and customer service.
• Respond promptly to guest concerns, seek feedback to enhance operations and promote brand loyalty.
• Supervise and train staff, maintain staffing levels, and coach for improved performance.
• Contribute to sales and profit goals through superior guest service and effective use of systems.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of the restaurant.
• Must be 18 years or older, have reliable transportation, and flexible availability.
• Ability to multitask, lead a team independently, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual skills are advantageous in certain markets.
• Computer literacy and willingness to perform varied duties as needed.
