Job Description

We are looking for a talented Shift Leader to join our team at Cicis Pizza. As a Shift Leader, you will play a crucial role in directing shift operations, ensuring adherence to company standards in all operational areas, and delivering high-quality products and services to our customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate exceptional operational skills, including preparing quality products and meeting Cicis standards.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest concerns, solicit feedback, and use it to enhance operations.
• Supervise and train team members, maintain staffing levels, and ensure compliance with standards.
• Contribute to sales and profit goals by providing excellent guest service, training team members, and managing systems effectively.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Proficiency in leading a team independently during a shift.
• Bilingual skills beneficial in certain markets.
• Comfortable working with phones and computers.

Additional Information

• Non-exempt, hourly position.
• Employment contingent upon passing a background check.
