Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and hard-working Class A Tanker Driver to join our company. As part of our experienced trucking team, you will have the opportunity to travel across the country while operating advanced trucking equipment and ensuring the timely and safe delivery of goods to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Safe and efficient delivery of goods to customers.
• Maintaining a clean and safe cab and trailer.
• Performing daily inspections to ensure all equipment is in good working condition.
• Performing planning and navigation duties to ensure the most efficient route.
• Keeping up to date with regulations and compliance standards.
• Communicating effectively with customers and colleagues on a daily basis.

Requirements

• Possess a valid CDL-A Driver license.
• Solid understanding and knowledge of driving regulations.
• Strong communication skills to interact with customers and coworkers.
• Strong commitment to safety and responsible driving.
• Maintain a secure and organized logbook.
• Be responsible, organized, and highly dependable.
• Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with tanker endorsement in your state of residence.
• Hazmat endorsement required in some locations.
• Minimum of six (6) months verifiable experience driving a minimum of five (5) axle diesel-powered tractor-trailer combination unit.
• Stable work history.
• Minimum age of 21.
• No driving while intoxicated (DWI) or driving under the influence (DUI) convictions in the previous seven (7) years.
• No more than three (3) traffic citations, or a combination of one (1) highway 'at fault' accident or two (2) citations within the last two years.
