The Construction Account Executive at BluSky is responsible for managing and closing new business opportunities through personal business development and marketing activities. This role involves working closely with property owners and managers to develop cost estimates for restoration, renovation, environmental, and roofing services post-disasters.

Duties & Responsibilities
Sales:
- Meet or exceed monthly and yearly sales goals
- Negotiate and execute contracts
- Sell all services offered by BluSky
- Convert opportunities into sales
- Track and measure sales in CRM
Revenue:
- Oversee revenue production in line with goals
- Ensure timeliness of deposit and billing
- Provide direction to Project Manager for revenue
- Review project schedules collaboratively
Profit Margins:
- Develop and manage project budget
- Ensure budget accuracy and modify as needed
- Seek to improve project profitability
- Monitor project costs for margin integrity
