Job Description
The Construction Account Executive position at BluSky is ideal for a motivated professional who excels in business development and sales. As part of our team, you will be responsible for managing and closing new business opportunities generated through personal business development efforts. Working closely with property owners and managers, you will develop cost estimates for restoration, renovation, environmental, and roofing services in the aftermath of disasters. This role requires a proactive approach to meet and exceed sales and revenue targets while ensuring customer satisfaction and financial integrity.
Responsibilities
- Manage and close new business opportunities through personal business development efforts
- Develop cost estimates for various services related to restoration, renovation, and roofing
- Meet or exceed monthly and yearly sales goals
- Negotiate and execute contracts on behalf of the company
- Work with internal teams to ensure timeliness and accuracy of billing and revenue production
