Construction Cost Project Analyst

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Construction Cost Project Analyst to join Aldi's National Real Estate Services team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing construction costs on a national level, collaborating with divisional real estate teams, and ensuring project cost alignment with regional trends. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction, architecture, or engineering, with a focus on construction document understanding.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Construction Managers on negotiating contractor agreements.
• Prepare detailed bid analysis for project award selection.
• Provide pricing data and structure guidance to divisions.
• Analyze bids, identify cost-saving opportunities, and monitor market pricing.
• Train and develop team members to enhance workforce capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Construction Estimating.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and construction cost estimation software.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
