Job Description
The Construction Project Director at BluSky is responsible for managing and closing new business opportunities resulting from personal business development and marketing activities. This role involves close collaboration with property owners and managers of commercial, industrial, government, and residential properties affected by disasters to develop cost estimates for restoration, renovation, and roofing services.
Responsibilities
- Sales, revenue, and profit margin management
- Accounts receivable and collections oversight
- Management of near-term business opportunities
- Estimating proficiency and accurate budget development
- Customer satisfaction and effective internal team coordination
Qualifications & Requirements
- 5+ years of marketing/business development and sales experience in construction/restoration industry
- Experience with Xactimate and estimating software preferred
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience
- Strong communication skills and project management knowledge
- OSHA, CPR, and First Aid certifications preferred
