Job Description
The Construction Project Director at BluSky is responsible for managing and closing new business opportunities in commercial, industrial, government, and residential properties damaged by disasters. This role involves developing cost estimates for restoration, renovation, environmental, and roofing services while working closely with property owners and managers. Responsibilities include sales, revenue oversight, profit margin management, collections, business development, estimating proficiency, ensuring customer satisfaction, and coordinating with internal teams.

Qualifications & Requirements
- 5+ years of marketing/business development and sales experience in the restoration or construction industry
- Extensive construction estimating or large loss and catastrophe experience
- Intermediate-level Microsoft Office skills
- Experience with Xactimate and other estimating software preferred
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
